Team On-Ice Training
Team Training is an option that xHPTF offer's that allows our staff to run your team through a high tempo, skill-based practice.
Our lead xHPTF coaches will come to your practice and administer a practice plan catered to your team needs. Coaches are encouraged to provide input on the practice's main focus based on the needs of the entire team. We also offer the opportunity for your team to come to us!

Team Dryland Training
Team Dryland Skills Training sessions allow players to keep their hockey skills sharp throughout the year.
Our team training sessions let the players train as a team in a challenging and positive environment. Each session is 60 minutes in length and will guarantee to be a tremendous benefit to all teams who attend regularly.
• Team training sessions in our state-of-the-art centers allow for quality skill development in a more conducive environment for individual skills training. Team training is the perfect compliment to a team’s practice and game schedule.
• Teams, Associations & AAA Organizations can supplement a lack of ice time with a high quality skill development program at approximately the same cost per hour as ice time.
• Teams can bring up to 16 players.
Dryland Skills Stations - Shooting, Slideboards / SAQ, Stickhandling, and Speed Ramp - 60 minute session
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT: Athletic clothing, athletic shoes, skates, stick, helmet, and gloves.
Cost
Team Dryland Skills Training (60 MINUTES) 2 xHPTF Coaches - $200 per session
Team Dryland Strength and SAQ Training (60 MINUTES) 2 xHPTF Coaches - $225 per session
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in all dryland training sessions.
Scheduling
- Email pete@totalhockeyminnesota.com to schedule all dryland sessions.
- Please indicate which dates and times work in your team's schedule and we will try to match your requests.
- Please include your team's name, Head Coach's (or team manager) phone number, and email address.
- All sessions must be confirmed before they're locked into the schedule, to prevent double bookings.
