Fall Specialized Clinics

Our Defensive Skills Clinics are a great way to learn defensive fundamentals and skills necessary to be successful on the ice. The program focuses on foot speed, gap control, increasing lateral mobility, backwards skating, pressure vs. contain, 1 on 1's and more. Great program for Forwards and Defenseman who want to learn the how to play on the defensive side of the puck.

Our Checking Clinics are designed to ease the transition into Bantams. Checking is a big part of the game and the goal of the clinic is to teach proper technique and player safety. It is critical for player's to be able to give and receive body checks without worrying about potential injury. We know that the more confident a player is in protecting themselves, the more likely they are to go after the puck and play aggressive.

The PEP training apparatus adds another dimension to small area training that other systems can’t. Space under the big apparatus allows for development and the distance between each piece can be reduced to increase resistance and reduce reaction time and enhance players to develop skills quicker and faster.

The Dynamic Skating Clinic goal is to develop the maximum efficiency generated in each and every skating stride. The DSS is focused training where skaters will develop proper technique, producing a more efficient and productive skater, resulting in a more effective hockey player.
