Dynamic Skating School

The Dynamic Skating School’s (DSS) goal is to develop the maximum efficiency generated in each and every skating stride. The DSS is focused training where skaters will develop proper technique, producing a more efficient and productive skater, resulting in a more effective hockey player.

The Dynamic Skating School will focus on skating mechanics, edges, balance, agility, and quickness. Our coaches understand the value of working to develop strengths and to improve weaknesses. Our goal is to introduce a basic foundation of all skating and skill techniques. When these techniques are mastered through repetition and practice under controlled situations, the next foundation - SPEED – will be the end result. Without proper technique, drills done at full speed become ineffective.

Peewee/U12 and Bantam/U15 Session 1: 4:45-5:45 PM (Mondays)
Adv Mite/U8 and Squirt Session 2: 7:15-8:15 PM (Mondays)
Adv Mite/U8 and Squirt Session 3: 6:30-7:30 PM- (Tuesdays)
Groups will be divided on-ice according to age and ability
